With the busy and stressful lives that people lead today it is even more important to relax and allow the body to repair and rejuvenate; a practice that so many of us have forgotten how to do. Stress is implicated in any number of every day illnesses from headaches and insomnia to cancer.
This is a practical one-day workshop in which you can learn to let go of the emotional and mental stresses of your daily life and begin to take control of your physical, mental, spiritual health and general well-being. You will not only learn (or re-learn) how to relax but you'll also be taught various techniques for meditation and relaxation.

Exploring the causes of Stress
Identifying and understanding the stresses you experience
Learning to relax using meditation and relaxation techniques
Learning to change the way you react to stressful situations
No prior experience is required and this information is applicable to both practitioners and lay people.
